The vote isn't really meaningful at this point when "other" makes up the absolute majority

Indeed it isn't. And as I said in the first post, I had a longer list (including, amongst other things, benzites) but had to trim it down due to a 10 option limit. Maybe I should have decided differently on which to cut, or made some groupings like the Delta one.

All the parts are available in the alien gen options. One of my KDF captains had a Benzite, just for kicks.
Custom alien Benzites don't come out quite right. They don't have the proper colors, and no matter how much you tweak the sliders you can always tell when looking at an alien Benzite that they have a regular humanoid nose underneath the Benzite nose detail, while 'real' Benzites don't.
Has anyone at Cryptic ever explained why they're so adamantly opposed to giving us Benzite BOffs?

I forget which but I seem to remember it getting mentioned in a stream that when they made the initial lists of boffs they more or less forgot to do Benzites.
Also if you want a flatter nose change the head type there's a humanoid flat-nose option. Also IIRC to get the proper Benzite skin you need to set the skin texture to Benzite.

Works for me!
You forgot Benzite Boff, as none exist in the game.
