Missing mods at reputation weapon,issues with special weapon from episodes

When I looked at some stuff at my toons I could see some failures and serious issues.


Here: missing the CrtDx3 Mods...the same issue with advanced radiant antiproton beam...
The Kentari Missiles Launcher: The old one which i have before the re-engineering patch don't have the mods the kentari missiles after the patch!


Another issue you can re-engineering the new bajor defense shield.....which shouldn't be possible....

Pls fix it....I don't want to build the reputation weapon again and don't want episodes again to get the special weapon with the mods
Have you similar experience with the missing mods?

Same problem, my Advanced Piezo Polaron Beam Array, that was already upgraded to Epic monthss ago, just lost a whole lota CrtD mods. That sucks. I hope I don't have to just buy it and upgrade it again.
