Starfleet Academy will not load

I Have a character that I loged out on that was at the Starfleet Academy. When I go to the loading screen I get the patching 2 files message? the dots start to rotate then stop. I thought it maybe a problem with that character , so I tried to go to the Starfleet Academy with a different toon and the same thing happens. I've restarted the game and pc, but get the same result.

Edit* I left the loading screen for a long time and it loaded in the end
