Weekend voucher

Hello there. I've experienced a strange issue. I was doung the Sompek event on my main, finished it and got a voucher. Than I've bought an item from the weekend store. And after that my other toons stopped receiving vouchers at all. They've got no 20h cooldown as it was the first thing I've checked. Is it intended you might buy a single unlock pro event or is it a bug?

I have almost the same bug, only the first character who did the event receives all the vouchers, the others only received one and there is no cooldown

I'm gonna try again today but somehow I'm rather pessimistic ^^

I am having a similar issue. Sometimes I receive the voucher on my character and sometimes I don't. I'm receiving the appropriate crafting materials, but it seems to be 50/50 on if I get the voucher or not.

Experiencing same sort of thing. It seems totally random as to wheather you get given a weekend voucher on completion or not. Today is the classic example; four toons, four successful runs in the arena of varying length, one voucher this time for the second run, not the first - most irritating. No cooldown issues for me either; all showing as available before the run and the arena cooldown still showing as available after.

Any Devs checking in here my last run finnished at 19:45hrs (GMT) approx, toon: K'trell@james64guy. As with above posts, got the materials no problem, just no voucher.

You only get one voucher per 20 hours for the whole account. If any of your characters has the 20-hour cooldown, they all have it.

The weekend voucher is rewarded once per account after a 20 hour cooldown when received after completing at least 5 rounds in the Arena of Sompek event.

The voucher is only rewarded once per account because the event rewards (the Sompek Blast Assault) is account wide unlocked once it is claimed. If the reward was character bound, then each character would be able to claim the weekend voucher once every 20 hours. But that would mean if you want the Sompek Blast Assault for all your characters, then all your characters must participate in the event to collect 3 weekend vouchers each. That can be very annoying for players with many, many characters.

It's a 20 hour Account-wide cooldown. 1 Character can claim it, that's all and it's the way it's always been for Weekend Events. There was apparently an exploit/bug that allowed multiple toons to collect, but that maybe just a rumour.

On Thursday I was able to collect one on each of my toons ( I didn't know any better ;-p). On Saturday and Sunday just one per account per 20hrs. You get 3 and collect and it opens for all on your account. It's never shown a CD on any of my toons.
