How can I transfer my PC based Characters over to XBox version of the game?

I am sorry, if this has been asked but I have a few PC characters that I would like to move over to Xbox. but I am sot sure if its just a re load of the game or whether I have to play from the start again?

Is moving characters a thing? I dont know.

I have looked in support and some of these forums but have found nothing but I maybe wrong?

    You can't move your characters, stuff, or any unlocks from one platform to another.
