Sol Defense Impulse Engine and the T6 Plesh Tral

Anyone else having issue's equiping this engine or anything else not ship restricted to the T6 plesh. I just went to load out mine on a 2nd character and I am not able to equip this engine on it but I was able to equip it on all my other ships including small craft just fine.

I saw the thread but was trying to avoid posting this issue in that one since that it is related to the breen consoles and the ship while my issue is related to an engine and the ship.
