Temporal rewards not being reconized

Background: acct has temporal toons from event with all “consoles” and benefits.

Problem: New toons are not receiving temporal benefits such as Mk XIII gear in reputation.

Particulars: New toons are Romulan. My older toons have the benefits, including Romulan.

    You need to claim the ability to get those things, they are not automatic. Trying going to the temporal guy and seeing what you have avaiable to claim.
    Still waiting to be able to use forum titles
