consumable battery - Targeting Lock not working as intended

the stats page is showing a 0.5 points increase of accuracy when activated (and looses exactly that amount when it´s done)

since PC users told me that it either should not show up at all anyway, I hope it is just a graphic glitch? or those batterys are simply not working as intended

The stats page leaves a lot to be desired and NOT ALL effects show there, some buffs (like weapon ones) do not show there at all - as they buff individual weapons and not your "overall" stats. I am pretty sure this is exactly the case.

it does show the stat buff though - it´s a 0.5 buff instead of the tooltips 50 buff

it either should not be visible at all as it doesnt buff overall stats OR the real buff. in the current state you can´t say if the battery isn´t working as intended at all, since it shows a 0,5 buff which is useless
