Klingon Mission on Federation Character

I had submitted a ticket about this issue over a year ago and it still has not been fixed. There was a bug over a year ago that allowed Federation characters to select missions from the Klingon story arc. When the bug was fixed anyone who has the mission cannot get rid of it and it stays constantly. It can't be dropped. I know several people who have this issue already on. When is this going to be addressed finally?
