No New Romulus Daily Mission

I can't seem to get the New Romulus Daily Mission.
I've done all the initial New Romulus Daily Mission Set, and the New Romulus Episodes, even though the Episodes are grayed out.
I can replay each repeatable episode from the list, but not from within New Romulus. The only mission available on New Romulus is the Epohh Tag mission, but finishing it doesn't seem to help.
My Romulus Reputation Level is 4, btw.
I've check all of my characters, and they all have the same problem, even though I know I used to get the Daily mission previously on two of them
