Hof about a ship for the beginners ?

The Bajoran solar sailer or LIGHTSHIP

it was rebuild and reconstructed from sisco in ds9 and was official not able to fly at warp speed
by accident it get in a tachyonsstream , was damaged by it and reaches a different system with a short jump.
wich was cardassian . bad luck 8))

how about a replica for low level (and enthusiast) as a scool ship from academy

a new contructed one

maybee with full sailing feature insystem

and a loading battery (from solar maybee at full sails )
and short jump at warp speed into a nearby system


i find the idea great and a fine projekt
and it is a ship so different from others

maybee a little freighter or smuggler
(shoud easily eqipped with some smal warp engine from a shuttle and their energy banks )

    A low tier? Even throwing Siskos Baseball at it would probably cause irreversible damage, so what possible chance would it have against other tier 1 ships?

    The Bajorans need more love. While not this ship, I'd totally like the rest of their ships and seeing certain anti-Bajoran people making threads about this as a result.

    I have always wanted this ship even if it is a T1, Put it in at T6 make it an event grind, anything I want that ship!

    Make it the default ship of a special race mission. Collision are enabled so whenever you stray from the race path and hit something, it blows up. Your reward depends on how good you are.

    It would make for a cool T1 shuttle type ship. Possibly put it in the Lobi Store for the VIL expansion.

    We need more cross faction small craft as it is. While I main Fed, KDF is EXTREMELY neglected in the shuttle department.
    Things I wouldn't mind seeing:
    • Breen Bleth Choas fighter (What I like to call a Dralthi)
    • Orion Interceptor
    • Orion Slaver
    • some others that slip my mind right now...

    I find it hilarious that in at least one case it works the OTHER way. Buying a SHIP gives you a "free" SHUTTLE.

    This of course is the D'Kyr and Tal'Kir. Buying the ship gives a free shuttle. It's not even advertised as a bundle...

    Instead of making a T1 just add it to the 31st Century set. Give it temporal powers, a special weapon slot, and a “Solar Wind” trait that literally blows away the competition. And make a mission about going back in time to ancient Bajor to fix some temporal quandary started by the Cardassians, a situation which can only be solved by a Solar Sailor.

    Did you...was that a Wing Commander reference on the Breen Ship?
