Auto Executes No Longer Proc

I have recently added a few new bridge officers to my team. However, this has now caused the assigned auto-execute powers to no longer function, even though I have them set to "use whenever possible".
I'm not sure if this is a bug that's related to the new Season 14 update last week for Xbox One.
This issue is seriously hurting my ability to contribute to my team.
I submitted a ticket, and the response I got was pretty much " We don't have a solution for you, so try the forums". I also trying uninstalling and installing Star Trek Online, and that didn't help.
Any suggestions?
