Item Transfer Bug

Ever since the Emergence update, my items have not been transferring from ship to ship when using the ship selector or switching ships in space.

go to options-basic-there is a option says"move equipped items..." that should be on, although mine is always on it wont work time to time from the begining-its really bugged
