Shift Key brings up Stream Menu

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The Shift Keys both left and right bring up a Stream menu. this is getting annoying especially when I need Shift for Captializations etc. Any know why this is happening?

    Yep, cause you are launching through Arc and shift is the default key in the Arc overlay for streaming.
