With the launch of Season 14, Console Captains can purchase new Faction Starter Packs to get a jump start on Starfleet, the KDF or the Romulan Republic!

    I purchased the Federation Starter Pack for PS4 and can't get it to work. I have completed my faction demo and have gone as far as 3 missions, and it still will not allow me to use it. HELP!!!

    In the C-Store, under 'Starter Packs' it shows that I have purchased it.
