lifetime subscription

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
hello all, was wondering if there was another way to pay for a lifetime subscription? like maybe in-game? the Cryptic site wont send me my password reset email....and they wont let me log-in...want to pay for this game...but if you cant help me...i can go buy into another game

    So what exactly is the problem? In order to log in you would need to use the same email address and password you would normally use to log into the game from the launcher. Are you saying the password you use to log into the game does not work for the link above?

    Have you attempted to use Live Chat? It is supposed to be available all week (but I assume it is only Monday - Friday) from 10:30am PST to 6:30pm PST (Pacific Standard Time). See link below.

    the cryptic site says my password is wrong and the email it sends to me to reset my password gets flagged and erased before i can read or respond to it

    Sounds like whatever rules you have set up for your email or it's default rules are overly aggressive.

    Most emails let you whitelist or blacklist things. You might be able to set it to whitelist stuff from cryptics site or something similar. If the problem is with it erasing the emails that should be solvable. Either way you might need to contact your provider for help. Unless someone actually knows the specifics here. Not saying that isn't possible. Or likely.

    Playable Borg is Lifetime members only. You dont get that for subscribing even at 1000 days subscribed.

    As a lifetime member, I'm trying to find the DOFF Missions that provides the advertised 1,000 dilithium every 48hrs.
    Do you know where or how to find/activate the mission?

    For feds its the officer at the academy next to the big glass building kdf he’s the academy on qonos in the cave right at the end of the map took me a while to find him
