Accolade "Fire Suppressor" no longer given in Researcher Rescue mission

During the Researcher Rescue mission I put out all the fires at the Kassae station and did not get the accolade for doing so. I ran the mission twice just to make sure. I put out all of the fires but didn't get the accolade. Is this broken or did you retire the accolade.

I sent the above to support and was pointed to the wiki page to show how the mission was run. I have re-ran the mission about 5 times. I have used both the action button to extinguish the fires, and susing the fire suppression device (Which is given after the mission, Why? I don't know and there is no other mission that you need it for so I'm not sue why you get it.) and at least once using both. If you use the suppression device you still get a pop-up to put the fire out. but none of these times did I get the accolade.
After my latest notes to support I was asked to write this here and hopefully this will get fixed or officially dropped from the game.

I can confirm this. Just tried it on an AoY char that hadn't run this mission before. 14 fires put out on ground part - no accolade. I believe the missions in this arc was recently edited to include Geordi LaForge so I say the odds they broke this and others are high.

Can confirm that this IS broken. Can it please be fixed. Surely the accolade parameters just need changing as the map has changed.

there is a work around... they re did the map and changed things.

1st you can NOT use the pop up window/box to put out the fires. You NEED to use an actual fire extinguisher that is in your device slot. so it shows up as a power/ability in your hot key bar.

So where do you get the fire extinguisher now? It is now a mission reward that is bind to acquire. So you 1st need to finish the mission and get the extinguisher.

2nd you need to put out 15 fires... map only has 14 cause they removed the fire form the beam in room. And they didnt put it somewhere else on the map... real smart. So you need to do that map a 3rd time. Course you could beam out after putting out 10 fires or so and start the mission over again...
