"PC" Romulan Bridge Officer w/out Romulan Operative Trait [Fed]

I was going through a ship build (and thought process their of) on one of my characters last night, I was going through all the traits every Boff had on them I then noticed that the Romulan I purchased from New Romulus Embassy had the "Operative Trait" removed. I further investigated looking in the purchase area of said Embassy and found that all the Romulan Boffs for purchase had the Operative Trait Removed. My mother also happens to play the game, her Romulan Character and Boffs didn't have this problem. A bug on Fed's and possibly Klingon Factions? Intentional? Those on either of these two factions who use Romulans for the CrtD should relook onto thier Boffs.

I just looked through all of my characters that had them, and their Embassy Romulans still had their Operative traits. I also went and looked at the Embassy store on a 23rd century Fed, a regular Fed, a Fed-allied Romulan, a Klingon, and a Klingon-allied Romulan, and the candidates in the store were exactly as they always were. Of the Romulan BOffs that you can buy at the Embassy, only Tactical ones have any form of Operative. Uncommon Males, and Uncommon and Rare Females have Romulan Operative, while Rare Males have Superior Romulan Operative. That is their rarity in the store. When you commission the Rare ones, both Male and Female become Very Rare BOffs.

That means I have to repurchase a Rom Boff. . Thanks for the heads up.
