Looks like they sacrificed the Lieutenant hybrid seat to make room for the Universal Console.
No, this is just an error in the blog. They also have Lieutenant-rank hybrid seats.
Operations = Lieutenant Tactical should be Lieutenant Tactical/Miracle Worker

What...other weapon types dare had the gall to catch up to FaW so you needed to make a obviously OP trait...that not only extends FaW but gives it a FBP effect...but not just that it's better than FBP because it increases defense.
Can't have a honest conversation because of a white knight with power
These seem like pretty large ships. You'd think they'd have a hanger bay? I mean it would definitely fit in with their idea of versatility and most of the cruisers in their class seem to be coming with a hanger bay, no?

Originally invented by Geordi La Forge as a ruse to outwit his would-be captors, this piece of technology eventually ended up being made into reality many years later. Although it was originally intended to cripple only the weapon systems of a number of enemy combatants, it's final design also ended up having a debilitating effect on the enemies' ability to repair any damage their ship has sustained.
This console also provides a passive boost to Starship Hull Penetration Skill, and Bonus Earned Experience.
Clarification required, is that a console that can be equipped on any ship or only these ships?
If it wasn't limited to the ships in the bundle and could be equipped on whatever ship my characters are using, then I'd be interested in acquiring the tactical ships for this console alone.

Amazing job on Design and Balanced stats STO Keep up the good work
Sigh, yet another 3x lieutenant 1x ltcom seating. Don't get me wrong I have almost all T6 ships with such a setup, only ships I don't have are the temporal dread and escort, guardian, jupiter, and science and operations command battlecruisers, I just wish this one wouldn't follow that particular seating setup.

Personally, I'm waiting too see if there will be another Bait-And-Switch like they pulled with the Hit and Run trait. Seems almost too good to last to me. They'll wait a few weeks so the thing sells and then NERF the trait into oblivion just like the Caitian Shikaris. I'm still a bit put off by that fiasco.
Ok these look nice. Sold on the Tucker Class. That's a nice trait.
Don't let them promote you. Don't let them transfer you. Don't let them do anything that takes you off the bridge of that ship, because while you're there... you can make a difference.

FA Marrone,
As a CO of a Starship, there are those of us who take pride in the designs that UPFM develop and release for us to use.
Unfortunately, this latest block of ships reaffirms why I never requisitioned the Odyssey Star Cruisers. That giant gap in the hull is the greatest weakness of the ship, one I brought up when the Initial design for the new Flagship was revealed.
Do you realize that in over several hundred simulations, we were able to destroy the flagship, just by flying a fighter into the gap and self-destructing? The same critical flaw exists for these ships, and if this design aesthetic persists, the fleet as a whole is in jeopardy.
Please consider this issue in future designs, and consider the number of lives that can be lost with each of the ships that are destroyed in such a fashion.
All in all I like the fed ships quite a lot, save some nacelle placements here and there and the Tucker saucer. But the rest is nice and chubby. The Klingon ships are nice variations of known aesthetics, I like the "tilted head" on that one design. The Romulan ships are really "meh". Nothimg about those elevates me, only Rombships I like are the canonical ones from TOS to TNG, the others are rather boring.

Eh, and will continue bitching about lack of Eng in my Admiralty.

Not quite sure I follow.
Most Tier 6 Ships (Tac Ody for example) has 1 Ensign, 1 Lt, 2 Lt.Commander, 1 Commander = 5 Seats
Others like SCI Command Battlecruiser's have: 3 Lt, 1 Lt.Commander, 1 Commander = 5 Seats.
Miracle Worker generally has: 1 Ensign, 1 Lt, 2 Lt.Comm, 1 Commander = 5 Seats.
So in essence while the seating does change around a little depending on the ship type or class all Tier 6 have five seats.
What happened Cryptic? You've been on such a roll art wise, and then you come up with ... these abominations??
