Map Transition - Ship Unresponsive at Random

Ever since Season 14 dropped I've been running into an issue of my ship and all abilities being completely unresponsive after a map transition. The ship just sits there and wont accelerate or even activate abilities or fire weapons. The only way to get out of the predicament is by some method change or reload the map.
I've even ended up with leaver penalties when this bug happens in a queue. Extremely frustrating.

    I've experienced this problem several times as well. It seems to happen at random ... I can't figure out if I'm doing anything to "trigger" this bug when it happens.

    Don't believe the lies in this forum. I am NOT an ARC user. I play STO on Steam or not at all.
