New build on Tribble, just released, 'substantially' reduces Resource requirements in favor of more Dilitium, removes Doff requirements for XP generating Projects, removed secondary Provisioning Projects, and increases automation of Resource farming earlier in the process.

Thanks for the support of NOP channel as I feel it will be the best place to help match fleets who need contributions, with those willing to contribute.

Well, long story short: -Roaming fleets and attritioning your time at the cost of the people's collective effort is indeed a defiance of the other fleetmates' effort. -Due to RL activity, I remain casual, but on the fleet I have admirals/generals, I believe and encourage small contribution requirements (only for the 1st toon joining that fleet) should unlock the provision buying access. More or less, people should benefit of that sooner, way sooner than some fleets advertise or expect. -The NoP channel has some strange rules. I got my mute, from after which I've left their puddle and never looked behind cause I've asked for two tr-116b from any person who could give two in order to give them to newbies. And then I offered to pay all the ec I got left at that time on the toon for two Tr's. The obviously rationally-challenged individual who muted me had a random name that I can't remember atm, yet he said "trading is prohibited" even if it was basically a donation request and then, when no response came bacj, I offered a small sum to feed the ferengis. You should never feed the ferengis! - Hope the design team, thanks to the ferengi here calling out the exploiting potential of ruining fleetplay... Will make the adjustments.
The reason you were muted was because of NoP's Policy against Buying, Selling, and Trading in the channel. That channel was specifically created for access to Fleet Holdings.

Let's just hope fleet leaders don't massively start charging for grinding - "If you wanna sell those provisions you got from MY holding to another fleet, I better get a cut!" My, this could turn really ugly really fast...sure, players could leave the fleet, but if enough fleet leaders start doing this, "unemployment" might actually skyrocket.
On the other side, isn't the point and reward of grinding fleet provisions to actually get the said holding upgraded?
Since when did the games turn into jobs anyway? Isn't playing games supposed to be fun? And if it's not fun to some people to play the content, WTF are they still doing here?
The mute lasted a week, then I dropped the channel. You're all up in words, but you missed the point. The situation was vague. Muting happens often. Witnessed some and I hope that they've grown up alot since then.
Officers that make significant contributions are always rewarded in our fleet. Demanding payment for their time would find them in a different fleet pretty fast. The amount of hours that goes into running events and the amount of money that goes into providing prizes in SRS is huge but we ask nothing in return other than folks join in and enjoy themselves. If they then decide to extort the hand that feeds them they are not the kind of people we want in our fleet or armada.
I am not a Fleet leader, nor do I want be, but I agree with this. The fleet(s) I am in, most of them, do regular giveaways, events, etc, all only possible due to Fleet leaders giving up their own time and in some cases money. Me giving up a little of my time by "donating" resources for Fleet holdings is nothing in comparison. Nothing against an independent trying to sell resources to the Fleet as they get nothing from the Fleet, but a Fleet member suddenly deciding they aren't giving resources to Fleet projects unless they get paid to do so ? Go find a different Fleet and don't let the door hit ya on the way out.
Well since there isn't an R&D Promotion Pack running, and it is not yet time for the perennial Cardassian nobility or green Orions Threads, we have to settle for this.

It would be interesting to try to see someone try to make someone else pay for that I guess.
Fleets are not in short supply, they aren't worth anything. The provisions on the other hand, no one will have any of them stockpiled.
Well, people can always find some more folks and start their own fleet just for purpose of grinding and selling the provisions. Not sure that will help fleet spam though.
Also, if fleets aren't worth anything, then upgrading them ain't worth anything, and therefore provisions ain't worth anything.
Claiming than fleet members are workhorses who are being exploited by said fleets is a tad silly, as is expecting additional recompense for helping said fleets get upgraded. Isn't that the reason people join the fleet in the first place - company of other players and working on a common goal? Or am I just misguided idealist who still treats playing games as entertainment and not work?

And the nerf is in. At least it requires less of the provisions and those provisions now give you fleet credits.
