Tailor / Uniform Color Lock (?)

The tailor seems to, for me at least, have a glitch when it comes to uniform colors and changing uniforms. It seems to get stuck on the previous' uniform's color scheme when I go to the tailor and create or modify to a new uniform. Example: my 'toon is wearing the Starfleet Wrath of Kahn-era uniform. When I switched to the new Discovery outfit, the color stayed red.

Similarly, if I start from the science-blue of the original series and change to the Motion Picture uniform (just to make my point) the colors are inverted (blue down the middle, white-gray on the sides). If I switch to discovery from here, the uniform is shades of gray.

Switching from the original series blue to the Discovery uniform, it come up black.

I cant find the Discovery uniforms in the tailor even though the promotion says I've purchased it. None of my Fed characters

I can't see or find my promotional purchased uniforms at the Tailor either
