Can't use Discovery badges on 23c boffs

ETA: Turns out that the real reason is that the Ensign badges are all just missing (and the Commander Science badge is missing for female characters/boffs). My bad for not testing further before posting. Original post follows:

Thanks for the giveaway! Alas, my 23c bridge officers can't access the Discovery badges. My 23c captains can use them just fine, as can my garden-variety Fed boffs (and captains), but they won't show up on my 23c boffs no matter what I do. (The rest of the Discovery pieces show up fine for all of them.)

Missing all ensign rank badges, and science commander rank badge, for both player and boffs.
Also guessing there should also be an ensign uniform? But I am not seeing it anywhere.

Yeah, that's probably the real reason why the badges are not showing up on my boffs (their rank is too low). And the badges should definitely exist, as they appear in the blog.

(Re. ensign uniform, the show itself apparently only has the three variants as seen in-game, so I don't think there is a separate specific ensign uniform.)

After a discussion with someone on Reddit, it seems that the Commander Science badge is only broken for female characters/boffs, as it shows up on male ones. (The Ensign badges are still missing for everybody.)

Same here. Only my captains can use anything. Everyone else just gets the basic outfits. No badges though.
What I don't get is the whole... Admiral, Captain and Lieutenant jackets. They don't, to me at least, appear to be different? I also don't get why the jacket has an additional colour option if it doesn't actually change the colour of anything.

I'd like to see them fix the uniform. Seems hastily put together since we don't even have the Cadet badge or the jumpsuit variant we see some crew wear (Similar in appearance to Terran Odyssey Long Sleeve) with a higher heel boot I think.

The colours need fixing. The colour stated in the show is "Federation blue" but in the creator you use purple shades. Would be nice if someone, or Cryptic, release more of the graphics they did for the Odyssey with the colour codes noted. The white needs fixing too. Medical staff wear these in all white, but the uniform comes off in varying shades of grey if you try this.
