House Martok Omni losing 30% Damage at FAW3 according to tooltip and parses

The House Martok Omni seems to have the wrong damage loss at FAW 3. It should be 10% but according to my tooltip and parses where I have the Omni equipped, it's showing 30% damage loss at FAW 3, ie 2400 damage unenhanced, ~1450 with FAW3. The Omni parses lower with the FAW enhancement than a rearward facing beam despite having on average 25% more attacks out. Can that be looked into?
