Duty officer assignment Sickbay bug?

I got a bit of a hiccup in a duty officer assignment, but the thing that stands out is who/what ended up in sickbay.

I find this highly illogical as this should not happen, considering that we are dealing with a hologram.
Anyone else had some strange Duty officer related shenanigans happen?

    Just assume that he had a software glitch and move on... That would requre unreasonable extra code to prevent this. Yes there are others and this is not this is not an ACTUAL bug but rather an unusual anomaly.
