"Supply Denied" Open Mission Bug

The open world mission "Supply Denied" on Kobali Prime has an incorrect timer for the secondary mission to activate.
Once the mission starts a message appears stating if the mission is completed with 5 minutes then a secondary bonus open world mission will appear. The timer then only allows 3 minutes to complete the mission goals.
The text and the actual time don't match.
Is the text right that you have 5 minutes (which seems to be standard for the open missions) and the timer incorrect or is the timer correct that only 3 minutes are allowed? In either case the text /timer needs to be changed to reflect the actual time. The mission can be completed by 2 or more players in 3 mins but not solo.

Anything that happens, happens. Anything that in happening, causes something else to happen, causes something else to happen. Anything that in happening, causes itself to happen again, happens again.
It doesn't necessarily do it in chronological order though.
