Another TOS Bridge Officer issue: most items unavailable in the Tailor menu

When it comes to TOS bridge officers, only the very basic items are available in the Tailor. I cannot select any attachments or kits as they do not even appear. Even as my Bridge Officer goes up in rank, nothing becomes available. Again, all these items are available to my main character from TOS. It is like the system does not recognize the TOS Bridge Officers for much of the game, such as the tailor and the Chief Medical Officer. As long as this bug has been going on (for over a year now that I have discovered from other boards), it is unacceptable and needs to be corrected.
