Crashing when at choose character menu

Right now my character she hulk crashes when i try to loh into it . Been happing since friday

my romulan is doing this also, tried going into k7 game crashed,now it crashes every time I load him. all of my other characters load fine and are playable

Would also like to report the same issue with a liberated romulan borg player I have. I have 5-6 other characters and they all load in fine. My Liberated Romulan character wont even load, as soon as the loading process is complete the game automatically crashes and goes to xbox dashboard. I believe this issue occured after the Spin The Wheel mission. Im hoping there will be a fix for this issue as it seems to be a reoccuring issue.

I get kicked out back to the xbox dashboard every time i try loading any of my characters, it's been doing this for a few weeks.it started by letting me play for 10-20 minutes then kicking me out and now I can't load any of my characters into the game.

Have you tried deleting the game, rebooting and re-downloading it? Could be caused by a corrupt file on the hard drive. Happens quite frequently with any Microsoft software.

I was having the same problem on Starbase 39 with my main. I tried what wrayth69 suggested and the character loaded up. Thanks
