[BUG] Romulan Boff tailor bugs

I finally had enough resources for a superior romulan boff on my fed toon, so I got one, but when I went to customize the boff's appearance, I ran into bugs.
1st bug:
the default attire uses an item that costs 550 zen. if I want to change the boffs look but not the clothes, I have to pay 550 zen. As far as I can tell, this is caused because the default clothes use the 'boots - romulan 24th century' item. some may already own this item, so they do not encounter this bug.
2nd bug:
when selecting the Romulan republic flotilla uniform for the romulan Boff, it instead selects the intel outfit, instead of the republic uniform.
both these bugs, make it so I can not customize my boff how I like.
I do not know if this bug affects Romulan Toons or Romulan Boffs for the other factions. PLZ report here if it does.

issue is confirmed to be still present in new season and it doesn't look like the Sept. 14 patch will fix it either
