Terran ships destroyed in Tholian Red Alert don't count toward Endeavor goal

I went in 11/20, and I came out 11/20. I know that I destroyed at least 3 Terran ships. It works fine in the pop-up encounters, why not in the TRA?

Same experience. Followed by queuing for Counterpoint and finished the Endeavor, but yeah: Terran ships in TRA don't count for some reason.

(Maybe they're actually being flown by Tholian Captains? )
