List of Transwarp destinations incorrectly grouped for Klingon captains

Description of issue: When playing a Klingon captain, and you bring up the list of Transwarp destinations in sector space, every destination is grouped into Quadrants except for "Qo'noS" which appears at the top of the list.
Desired outcome: "Qo'noS" should be grouped with the other Beta Quadrant Transwarp destinations.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Play the Xbox version of STO.
2. Play as a Klingon captain.
3. (if necessary) Beam to your ship and depart whatever system you're in.
4. (while in sector space) Hold down the A button - to bring up the menu on the right of the screen - and select "Transwarp".
Desired outcome: "Qo'noS" should be grouped with the other Beta Quadrant Transwarp destinations.

Federation captains have "Sol System" listed separately and Romulans get "New Romulus" separate from the others too.
