I just got the last missing piece for the 3 piece console set and the bonus ability - Tholian Radiation Field. From the description it looks like active/clickable ability. Well, if it indeed is, then we have yet another bug on PS4 as it is nowhere in the menus to be found.

Really getting tired of finding all these bugs all the time :S
