in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
From the probability manipulation science skill tree. Not working. Supposed to give 100% bonus hull and shield healing.
Seems to have stopped since latest patch update

    Looks like 'Probability collapse' not working either. Supposed to be +50 to acc/def but no increase shown in ship stats.
    The increased healing bonus normally shows in the boff description
    Example 'Hazard emitters III is 30k hit points but becomes 50k with probability manipulation.
    However it now remains the same and the bonus is definitely not awarded as this is confirmed in the combat logs.

    Crit chance is working though, shows as 50%

    Assume that probability penetration is also not working
