exploit/glitch on broken console 30-40k hits w protonic energy stabilizer

im talkin about the "shield refrequencer (epg) science console" from the dyson joint command reputation STORE.
its in the store not in the projects...

so this console w the epg trait in it does:
20+ epg
console science shield refrequencer: 10%chance 225 shields every 2 sec for 6 sec when using shield heal power
PROTONIC ENERGY STABILIZER: proton damage when using exotic damage and shield drain abilities, 10% chance: 10k proton damage (100% shield penetration, double vs voth).
these r the stats when i see in store when im in orbit.

on my ship now mark XIV ultra rare: 11940 proton dmg, thats what the equipped console tells me...

BUT NOW: if u look at ur exotic dmg abilities like gravity well, tractor beam, tractor beam repulsor, photonic shockwave, timeline collapse, chronometric inversion field, channeled deconstruction... aceton beam, eps corruption.. well everythin what deals exotic dmg will proc that proton dmg from the shield refrequencer.
also procs on all universal consoles who does exotic dmg like delphic tear, isometric charge.. just to name a few.. there is alot more.

be in orbit open up ur wheel where u can toggle abilities from ur bridge officers and check out the numbers from ur exotic attacks proc. its not 11940 proton it is actually 30000 proton dmg.

im in a sci ship, im running w power on aux,when i change my power set up to weapons it will loose alot dmg so it scales w aux which increases exotic particle dmg..

well its 10% proc chance, on a sci ship u can equip 5 of these consoles and u get 5x 10% proc chance on an exotic attack.. and they proc alot acutally even if u just use 2 of them.. still they proc alot..

i figured out now how to proc them all, yes all 5 consoles w 1 exotic attack, and full buffed each of them will hit nearly 45k x5 = 225k in 1o1 pvp.
w more team buffs and better doffs im sure they will break the 50k.

i play alot pvp, and i see a few groups are abusing this glitch but didnt saw 100% procs till yet, and its just a matter of time till they figure it out.. how to proc all consoles at the same time.. and pvp what is almost unplayable now even after ur BIG GAME BALANCE, will be destroyed when they find out.

oh god not another one, pvp is a minor game-mode in sto that very few people actually play.

The protonic stabilizer proc is a bug not a glitch/exploit with the dyson rep shield refrequencer consoles and only the pvp crowd is complaining about it since the consoles have been in sto for nearly 4years since the dyson rep launched

since the community really wait for a fix regarding this issue I would like to make it short:

Procs of Dyson Consoles mean NO PVP in STO currently!

Haha, protonic consoles are gimmicky at best, they rely purely on proc chance to go off. You just have to learn to play against them. I fly an escort and protonic consoles rarely do anything to me unless there is at least 2-3 players using at once while a 3rd is draining me dry on power. Run higher damage Resistance, If u have at around 50% or higher (Which is not difficult or expensive to do at all) then protonic won't do anything to you.
