Kobali Crisis Act II unable to complete

Was running this task with a friend and noticed that we were unable to turn in the quest... Instead it relaunched all 3 tasks despite completing them before returning to hand in the quest.

    I'm having trouble moving along in Kobali Crisis as well. Every time I click to talk to Lims to start Kobali Crisis Part III, it has me talk to Sadalore instead. Can't continue the questline without actually talking to Lims.

    (I filed this bug report, but they told me to report it here as well.)

    OK, that's odd. I'd completed Kobali Crisis Act I Part 3's missions before, but couldn't progress in the Delta Quadrant storyline. So I decided to restart Kobali Crisis from the beginning, and after completing Part 2 again, 'Capture the Flag' unlocked. o.0a
