The critical severity bonus from captain skill tree is not being added.
Removed every trait, ability, console, doff. In Sol system Earth orbit, my severity is 50%..it should be 90% with the extra 40 coming from the skill tree.
In combat with everything on it should be over 250% prior to attack pattern skills but instead it's 210..
Recently I changed from 2 points to 3 in skill tree severity but my critd number stayed the same both in combat and earth orbit.

With all traits / abilities consoles off, Crth = 7% in Intel Dreadnought.
2.5% base Crth
2.5% devastating weaponry ship mastery
2% Crth Vrare superior Romulan Op Boff
2% Crth 1 point in skill tree
Total should be 9%....skill tree point not given.
