Well, Grym is not giving out the free Phenix box

    If you accept the mission by speaking with Gym on Drozana Station, then you must exit out of the dialog window and speak to him again to compete this mission and get your free box.

    Also, don't forget that it is once per day (20 hours) per account.

    You can view the cooldown for the free box from the queue cooldown tab to make sure you're not on timer. As mentioned above, you need to exit out of the dialog box and reenter it in order for the box to trigger. It's a bit messy but maybe they'll clean it up in a future update.
