Intrepid pack Voyager Bridge Bugged !!!

I bought the intrepid pack tonight and after trying to visit the ship bridge i got stacked in a black and white enviroment with white dots and after 1 minute or so pressing buttons and jumping i managed to get the leave ship interior button to leave the ship :/

Seriously ? after paying real money to get the pack its bugged and unplayable?
Fix it please or refund me asap please.
