Graphical issue with the Vulcan Dkyr

So this picture on the top is the dkyr class in ENT where it does not have a deflector dish type thing on the front end.

where as in STO it has a deflector dish....maybe someone knows why its like that when the model clearly didnt ever have one in the show. (IMO i think the deflector dish looks ridiculous)

The top image is from the 2150's, whereas STO is now in 2410, over 350 years later.
The Vulcans may not have changed their base ship design much, but the technology in the ship would definitely have been updated.
Clearly, the deflector technology has improved - you can compare the radar dish (TOS) to the glowing dish (TMP) on the Enterprise for evidence of this in human-designed craft.
