Nukara Rep Consumable Projects Still Require Doffs

Howdy, a while back there was a patch that removed Doff requirements from Rep projects and replaced them with extra Dil requirements.

However, the following projects still have a Doff requirement.

All versions of "Reprogrammed Tholian Drones"
Nukara Web Breaker

Youtube - CasualSAB
Fleet Leader @ The Breakfast Club
Admin of the STO Combat Meter (SCM) & The DPS-# Channels
Founder of the STO Builds Discord
