Account wide Starships Traits/missing from Account trait store

A few weeks ago, I bought the Temporal Cruiser T6 Sagittarius Class from the Zen store. I bought it particularly for the starship trait Shield Overload Trait, I leveled the ship and unlocked the starship trait. I have 11 characters on STO, I have been unable to claim the Trait from the Account Starship Trait Unlocks for my klingon characters or romulan/klingon affiliated characters as it is not showing up in the account store to claim, with the exception of 1 klingon character that claimed the trait from the trait unlock store the same day I acquired it on my Fed character.

Guess the devs are on vacation. No response, no reply from game GM's to my ticket..shrug
