Deuterium Surplus/Defense Contract Mission

Mission "Defense Contract" (that gives out Deuterium surplus) is broke - as of now we only have the option to Exit when flying over to the system for the pop up text. Hence we are not able to run that mission and are not able to obtain Deuterium Surplus. Please fix this.
