Slow and Stupid AI Frigate Pets: Sphere Builder

I love using the Sphere Builder Carrier and I'm happy that I got the Frigate Pets as well. I enjoy using this ship as a torpedo boat. Sadly the frigates, though powerful, are slow and stupid. It takes me numerous tries to utilize the four commands and have them perform. The result is always 50/50. Mostly on the failing half of it. Just the "Recall" command just enables them to swarm my ship instead of parking in. Their movement on "Attack" is ridiculously slow, the Breen Frigates have better response time even on "Hold".
I realized that the Devs have been ignoring it when I finally got the Vorgon Carrier. During the flight test on PVE, the frigates performed better than the Sphere Builder, Breen, and Federation's Frigate Pets. When using the "Recall", they've responded better even in the middle of a battle. I wish they could fix this issue ASAP. I've sent them bug reports about this issue but I still haven't gotten any response.
