Event Carrier not unlocking for entire account

I just finished the event rep grind on my main fed science captain. But i cant seem to claim the carrier on any alt or any of the factions. Anyone else having this trouble? Relogging or reloading UI doesnt help.

Yes, I had it happen.

I had to take my Character that unlocked the ship to the ship yard (not on board the shuttle)...and let the program access the list of ships she owns.

When I looked at the ship list on the shuttle, it only showed two ships...the active one and the active shuttle....none of the other ships in the ship slots. Going to the ship yard seemed to force the program to reload all the ships in the main list.

THEN, I could access the reclaim...because the interface confirmed one of my characters had the ship in the roster (I suppose).

Why this happened, have no idea. But that is how I got the thing to unlock for me.

I was on Risa when I completed the project.. There seems to be the usual delay. When I changed back to the toon that completed the project the inventory updated and showed it being received, and it then appeared for my other toons.
