Weekly Reward Box Missing from Featured Episode

I logged in today (Just now) so that i could play through Mirrors and Smoke and get my 4th Featured Episode Weekly Reward Box, having earned one each week previously, to find that the mission is not offering it as a reward, but it does have the Kentari Partisan Residuum Thrower Mk XII available for selection, so something must have gone wrong, as I have not played the mission since last Tuesday. Even when dropping the mission and trying to select it again, it still doesn't offer the Featured Episode Weekly Reward Box as a mission reward.
