Phased Tetryon upgrades

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Is there a lock on phased tetryons at MK XII. I can get them to upgrade to XII but then it stops.
Any input please.

    Dunno, havent tested it.. it will take a while, but i'll try to check to confirm. in the mean time, what level is your char?, the one you are upgrading?

    Level 60, has been for awhile.

    Sorry, i was looking in different chars for some phased tetryon weapons, but i dont have any to test, my apologies :neutral:
