Kobali Crisis Act 1

okay i have finished this mission on my main with out issue and on my romulan admiral i have skipped the three missions, well i have done all 4 parts to the Kobali Crisis Act 1 and it will not complete the mission nor will allow me to skip this mission, i have gotten all the rewards for this mission too, but just will not complete or allow me to skip can you please address this

When you pick up the mission what happens?
If nothing happens, and you already played through the Kobali missions, you will need to retake them from the Replay console just to the left of the General's command centre.
