Crystalline event extension fail

Ok, this year started with you botching the start of the anniversary event, claiming you didn't see the wrong date in game for a whole month. Then you announce in patch notes you will extend that event by a day and it didn't go a day longer. Now you announce on twitter and Facebook that crystal event will be extended by a day and you fail to do that as well. Now we'll have to wait for probably some future update to get a shard to claim in the c-store, and it better claimable on all characters on the account not just once. Also are you going to give us the experience, dil ore, and choice of marks for running the pve that would have gave us the shard? Repeating the same mistake(cough, turn rate) makes you looks foolish.
