Off Duty / Formal Wear - XboxOne

I purchased the Formal Wear costume set from the C-Store yesterday, but I cannot find the clothes at any tailor shop. No matter which costume slot I try to use, the formal attire is no where to be found. It's not even an option to select. I went back to the C-Store, and it says "purchased", so I know it's not a C-Store issue.

    uniforms are bugged. only way to get it to work is to buy new uniform slots.

    u could buy them. and try and get a refund

    Similar issue here; seems that once an outfit type is selected for a slot, it can't be changed.
