Sector Space Revamp - Outstanding bugs since 2015 and now with Alpha Quadrant expansion

Today a necro'd thread is talking about the Tour The Galaxy bug where it still only allots 15 minutes to complete the mission. This bug has existed since the Sector Space Revamp went live in early 2015, and was acknowledged by Frost in the thread itself.

As the thread is necro'd, I figured I'd open a new discussion about this bug and others related to the Sector Space overhaul.

First two I can think of off the top of my head are as follows, and well documented in other threads:

Duty Officer Assignments do not appear where they should. This is very much still broken. To reproduce, simply fly around the map and look for duty officer assignments. Crossing map borders sometimes causes new assignments to appear, sometimes only for moments, sometimes not at all.

Tour The Galaxy Length. Acknowledged as an issue after the revamp went live. Never addressed. Thought this one should be an easy fix, as it is likely only a timer.

Are there any others? Do the transwarps to the alpha quadrant work now, or are they still broken since the map expansion a few months back?

There's also this, with jheinig's (first) reply being the most relevant. The mission freighters were quickly added back in. The trade freighters are still missing. I thought I saw another dev comment that stated that they were low priority and might not ever be added back in, but I don't remember where that was.
